MOTOVIDEO.COM DROP SHIP VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic Vendor Requirements:
Our
drop ship program utilizes a third party website for fulfilling orders.
This website is used to view orders, generate both packing slips and
shipping labels and confirm shipment on all orders. We generally use US
Postal Service, or UPS for shipping and our customers select the mode of
shipping.
All orders must ship within 48 hours of transmission.
Once the product is shipped, vendors are required to send confirmation
that the order has gone out and provide associated tracking information.
We expect that Inventory is always on hand. If there is a back/order, or delay in shipping, please send a notice ASAP to
sales@motovideo.com.
2. Packaging Materials:
Motovideo.com
expects that you will be packaging professionally, and shipping in
blank, new, commercial grade packaging materials.
-DO NOT INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL PACKING SLIPS, COLLATERAL OR MARKETING MATERIALS IN THE PACKAGE.
(Product assembly information, usage instructions, warranties, etc. are acceptable).
These packing requirements are mandatory and must be adhered to at all times.
3. Invoicing / Payment:
Our payment process is typically Cash in Advance via Credit Card on file. Please contact
sales@motovideo.com if there is any issue with payments.
5. Return Policy on Hard Goods:
Motovideo.com Drop Ship vendors MUST accept returns. Any
exclusions must be agreed to in writing. Merchandise will be returned
directly to you under the following conditions:
a. Merchandise contains manufacturer's defects.
b. Merchandise shipped after notification to cancel and you confirmed you canceled the shipment.
d. Wrong merchandise was shipped to customer.
e. Merchandise damaged, due to improper packaging
f. Customer initiated return in which merchandise is of saleable condition.
