Submitting Photos or Video Clips

When sbumitting material for the site, please be certain that all photos and video clips (the material) are suitable for posting. All submissions must meet all of the following criteria before uploading:

• The material should be of interest to the motorcycling, off-roading, & associated racing communities.
• ONLY submit amateur material you own the copyrights to, or have explicit permission to freely distribute.
• DO NOT submit material that was scanned or clipped from published media (magazines, videos, or other websites).
• DO NOT submit photos or clips that are already posted on this site.
• DO NOT submit photos or clips that display your website name or contact information. 

Motovideo reserves the right to add logos, titles, or and/or otherwise edit the content of uploaded photos or clips for suitability of posting. 

If you are in doubt about any of the conditions above, please do not upload any material.

Motovideo.com does not claim copyright ownership over any of the photos or video clips posted on the galleries by Motovideo or our customers/members which denote "presented by". We believe these materials have been either released to the public domain or uploaded by the rightful copyright owner or authorized person. We understand that this material may originate from various sources, such as private photo collections of our members, public-domain sources such as newsgroups, and the Internet in general. We ask all our members to follow the guidelines and rules listed above when uploading materials to the site.  Motovideo.com does not charge for access to any of the photos or video clips posted in the galleries.

Motovideo.com respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our customers/members to do the same. If you believe that your work has been displayed, copied, or presented in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Motovideo.com the following information:
