Mail Orders	Mail orders are accepted. Please send money orders to the address below.
Fax Orders	Fax orders are accepted at our main fax (U.S. country code) 1-928-563-1433.
Special Orders	Special Order items may be duplicated on demand and can take up to 4-5 weeks for delivery.  Original packaging may not be available. Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Product Availability	All sales subject to product availability.
Video Content	Motovideo is not responsible for the content of any video program and will provide a customer with the producer's contact information, upon request, for complaints to be made in regard to the content of any video sold in the Motovideo.com store.
Format	All products are NTSC video format unless otherwise noted.  Please take a moment to review your order for the correct format.  Our site clearly indicates whether the format is VHS or DVD.  A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on orders returned/exchanged due to incorrect format selection.
RETURN POLICY
Returns	Our return policy is simple.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return qualified items for a prompt refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. It is in your best interest to purchase insurance for returned items!  If the shipping envelope, or box, you received is in poor condition you will have to provide new shipping materials to ensure the product is returned in good condition. UPS or the Postal Service will not insure items in shipping materials that will not hold up during shipment. Any returned item received damaged is your responsibility and we can't guarantee a replacement or refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please note: Some merchandise cannot be returned! "Special Orders" are non-cancellable, non-returnable. Some items may be directly drop shipped to you from the one of our warehouses and may be subject to other return conditions.
