Shipping/Handling Policy:

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products using the shipping method of your choice. In most cases your shipment will be sent within 24 hours after we process your order, however, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. The shipment date and order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.  Please allow at least 3-7 business days shipping for USPS Priority and/or UPS Ground orders. 

We highly recommend UPS shipping as it protects you against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. With UPS you can also use our site to track your shipment.

International shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart and your order will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail Package.  International parcels will not be insured unless otherwise requested and confirmed in writing.  Motovideo will not be responsible for lost international shipments unless your package is insured.  Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
