Ten Ninety Six (1096) VHS

1096's Matt "Thew" Blankstrom is one of the first all-star stunters. Thew's crazy on-bike acrobatics, and development of the Spinderella and other signature tricks have earned him much notoriety.  Blankstrom, of Muskegon, Michigan, was initially inspired by friend and former 1096 teammate Matt Gorka.  Thew says that "riding with his friend [Gorka] was really motivating-I would do anything to impress him." One of the pinnacles of his career was when Blankstrom knocked off the world's longest-stoppie record in Iowa. Thew's intense efforts still inspire would be stunters today.  1096 is one of the best early videos produced and is police code for "Caution Insane Individual".  Come along for a little insanity ....
